This village of connected hotel houses for long-term living, located on the shore of the Kyiv Sea canal, was designed as a contemporary recreational living environment where architecture interacts with nature and creates a comfortable space for everyday life and leisure.
The YUGMA team focused on creating light, restrained and natural architecture that does not dominate the landscape but enhances its character.

The simple geometric design of the buildings follows the shape of the shoreline and integrates into the overall structure of the site. The master plan forms a system of green spaces, pedestrian routes and private recreation areas.
Although the houses share a similar architectural appearance, each unit features an individual interior layout adapted to different living scenarios. Private covered terraces became an important part of the project, creating secluded outdoor spaces and ensuring a sense of privacy even within a connected housing format.
This project reflects YUGMA’s approach to recreational architecture, where the focus extends beyond individual buildings to the creation of a complete environment, user scenarios and a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.
