The modern hotel with 18 rooms is organically integrated into the already established infrastructure. At the time of the start of the UGMA company’s work, a large restaurant complex with a pool area operated here, so the next logical step was to create a hotel that extends the guest’s stay.
The shape of the building is thought out in such a way as to separate the new space from the existing one. We deliberately chose the gallery type of building so that the windows of the rooms do not face noisy areas. On both sides are located swimming pools – an adult and a children’s zone of the water park, so the significant area of ​​​​the hotel allows you to create a quiet, private atmosphere for relaxation.
