The villa combines elegance with Mediterranean charm. Every detail was carefully considered in the project — from the materials used (sometimes uncommon for this region) to the spatial layout. The architecture of the villa is timeless. Spacious open terraces and a small south-facing pool create ideal places for relaxation.

The two-storey cabin with a mezzanine second floor is located on a sloping site with a pronounced change in elevation. A spacious, partially enclosed terrace provides additional protection from the weather and ensures visual privacy. Adjacent to the cabin, a private barbecue area is provided, featuring a fire pit grill with a fixed grate.

“House 2.1” is an excellent example of architecture, which, in addition to aesthetics and functionality, also has an idea. An idea that finds its reflection even in the smallest details.
The center of the one-story house is the opening of the roof, where a tree grows, which greets guests at the entrance. Around which the life and everyday life of the residents develops.

“House 3.2” is a functional one-story house with the orientation of the main rooms in the courtyard. This concept compensates for the small size of the plot and creates privacy between neighbors. In this residence, the spacious area of the kitchen-dining room and living room, in addition to the standard strip of panoramic glazing, is illuminated by a second light due to the lantern in the roof. The house with an area of 255 m2 has an H-shaped shape, with a swimming pool and a grill area in the backyard. The main color scheme is a combination of white paint and dark brick.
