The project site is located in the central administrative and business zone of the city and has a diverse architectural environment and convenient traffic interchange. Compositional techniques of facades with elements of postmodernism, emphasize the status of the house, at the same time have the classic proportions and scale, which corresponds to the nearby houses.

The residential building has 4 floors. On the ground floor there are public premises, on the second and third floors there are small comfortable apartments, the last two floors are occupied by duplex apartments.
The facades are made in a modern style. The first floor has large windows.
The decoration used two contrasting types of materials that distinguishes it from the surrounding buildings.

The vertical connection between parking in the ground floor and residential apartments is carried out by a ladder cell and an elevator.
The plastic expressiveness of the facades of the building creates a compositionally integral object, which harmoniously fits into the surrounding building and at the same time attracts attention.

The project of a dwelling house was developed together with TAM “Koval”.
The 9-storey premium-class residential building is located in the Pechersk district of the city of Kiev. The simplicity and weighness of the facades of the house creates a composite holistic object that harmoniously fits into the environment, taking into account its perception from different points of view.

The project decision was made to carry out the reconstruction of six residential sections of different floors from 18 to 23 floors with three floors of built-in premises and three-story underground parking in the courtyard. The project was carried out jointly with TAM “Koval”.
The main task of the reconstruction was a complete re-design of existing types of apartments and facade solutions in several stylistic directions.

The bright decision of the facades of the complex creates an integral object composition, as well as allocates it from the surrounding building, taking into account its perception from different points of view.
