In this project, we proposed our own vision for the formation of a recreational space. The natural topography, existing buildings, and creative freedom allowed us to find unconventional solutions. The complex includes two main units: a gazebo and an outdoor swimming pool with a built-in bar, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities. These elements are united by a complex structure that simultaneously serves as a boundary between the areas and functions as a sunshade. The composition of the gazebo and pool is based on the idea of the interaction of three elements – water, wind and sun, which are the basic factors of the environment.

The gazebo is functionally connected to the pool area, but has a separate entrance from the grounds, allowing it to be used either independently or in conjunction with the pool. The main space of the gazebo is a 90-square-meter hall with panoramic windows overlooking the canal and sunset views. There is also a small serving area with the ability to prepare and reheat food brought in from the restaurant.

The Panorama pool is part of a complex consisting of a closed gazebo and a pool with a bar. The pool bowl measuring 9.7 m. x 17 m. is complemented by a round jacuzzi area with a diameter of 4.1 mm. In addition, the pool has a designated area for sun loungers with hydromassage and a bar area directly in the water. The bowl is mounted on a relief, which made it possible to make one side of the pool invisible, thus creating the illusion of merging the water with the surrounding landscape.

The private residence is part of the SELFISH CLUB recreation complex, but has its own separate area. In addition to the building, which is designed to accommodate a large group of guests, there is a private pool and a gazebo with a kitchen area that can be used throughout the year.

The “Beer” gazebo was intended for “beer parties” on the banks of the Dnipro river. It is located on a separate territory of the Selfish Club, next to the gazebo is a barbecue area and a large lawn. The main highlight is a large table for 20 people with a unique device for non-contact filling of beer glasses. Over time, visitors liked the location of the gazebo and began to use it for more diverse events.

The complex engineering structure, which is located on an artificial lake, combines several functions: a gazebo for relaxation and fishing and an underwater bathyscaphe. The above-water part is almost no different from the gazebos located nearby. But when you go down the stairs to a separate hotel room, you find yourself underwater, where you can watch the inhabitants of the lake through a panoramic window.

The two banks of the canal combine a light pedestrian bridge that has the ability to unite and skip floating above its overall dimensions.

Landscape

Recreation complex is located in the water protection zone of the Kaniv reservoir.
The main task of the design was to maximally preserve the existing landscape, to correctly arrange different functional zones and to effectively combine them.

A large part of the territory was devoted to various sports grounds: a children’s playground with interesting equipment for different age groups with ecologically vivid coverage; universal sports ground, tennis tables, mini golf.
The whole complex is enriched with valuable trees, shrubs and flowers.
The tracks are made of clinker paving blocks of artificial molding. The territory has a variety of lighting.
