The volumetric solution of a high-rise residential building was developed compatible with the architectural workshop TAM “Koval”.
The design site is located in the Podolsk district of Kiev, has a developed infrastructure: a number of supermarkets, children’s educational institutions, and a variety of restaurants are located nearby. The residential building has 25 floors. The simplicity of the facades of the house creates a compositional lightness of the object, which harmoniously fits into the surrounding building.
