Residential building is designed on the existing foundation, which is the subject for reconstruction.
The peculiarity of the building structure is the original load-bearing wooden frame of the framed structure type with the filling of walls with blocks of adobe and with the maximum use of building and finishing ECO materials. The house is two-storey with the third attic floor and access to the covered terraces, made in the style of classical German architecture. The weighted form with expressive facades and a complex hip roof creates a compositionally integral object that emphasizes its individuality and expressiveness.
