The plot of land is located in the area of private estate. The dwelling house has 3 floors, each of which occupies a separate apartment of high comfort (VIP level) with an area of 230-250 m2 with a clear division into functional areas.
The vertical connection between parking in the ground floor and residential apartments is carried out by a ladder cell and an elevator.
The plastic expressiveness of the facades of the building creates a compositionally integral object, which harmoniously fits into the surrounding building and at the same time attracts attention.
