“House 2.1” is an excellent example of architecture, which, in addition to aesthetics and functionality, also has an idea. An idea that finds its reflection even in the smallest details.
The center of the one-story house is the opening of the roof, where a tree grows, which greets guests at the entrance. Around which the life and everyday life of the residents develops.

A cottage small town near the Kyiv sea is conditionally up-diffused on public and dwelling functional zones.
In the residential area there are 4 types of houses of different sizes from 168 to 274 m2. The layout of the houses and the view from the windows of the rooms are focused on the area of the inner courtyard, which compensates for the small size of the plot.

The main facade has a rounded shape, which gives the building lightness. The house offers beautiful views of the water and the forest.
