The architecture combines dark wood, brown seams, and mirrored facades, enhancing the buildings’ integration into the natural environment. The reflection of the forest allows the buildings to visually blend into the landscape, minimizing their environmental impact.

The 150 m² residential house is based on the combination of two materials — clinker brick and wood. The architecture is defined by simple geometric forms, restrained facade composition, and a balance between privacy and openness to the surrounding environment.

The Houseboat 2025 was created by the YUGMA team as a modern format for housing on the water.
The layout includes a kitchen-living room, an open terrace, which becomes an extension of the interior space, two bedrooms, bathrooms, a sauna. An external staircase leads to the second level of the terrace for relaxation with panoramic views.
